When you connect to your inner child, you come into your own power. You find a connection with the world, the Earth, the cosmos, with life.
This power brings love and clarity. In it lies your answers and your freedom. You will find fulfilment as your soul is nourished by returning to your true self.
To achieve this reconnection, you need to consciously make time and space in your life to hear the voice of your inner child.

When your soul is neglected, you can also feel the effects on your mind and your body. You may be experiencing exhaustion, anxiety, fatigue, chronic pain, tension in your body, an inability to relax, or even serious illness such as cancer.
I use the Script-Ash-Method, complimented by reflexology and Angel reiki to provide a loving, person-centred therapy approach that my clients describe as magic healing.

SAM
Script–Ash–Method
A transformational, empowering process made up of seven steps that guide and support you through your healing journey. The Belgian Script–Ash-Method uses a creative process to express, write and give colour to your emotions, raising your awareness and guiding you to a state of wellbeing. It creates new connections within the brain to help release you from past trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and limiting thoughts and beliefs.
SAM works on a deep level and is known to reveal past life experiences to you if your healing requires it.
I use the Script-Ash-Method (SAM) to help you reconnect with your true self and rediscover your soul’s true calling and purpose.
Reflexology
Applying pressure to reflexes on the hands and feet to promote healing, support the immune system, ease the parasympathetic nervous system, and bring the body back into balance.
I also offer Reflexology Lymph Drainage, an award-winning technique based around the manual lymphatic drainage protocol to help clear the lymphatic system of waste, move the fluids to improve swelling in the limbs, reduce pain, and manage the symptoms of cancer.
Water holds the memory of our thoughts and emotions during your life-time. Clearing the water in the lymphatic system has a profound emotional and spiritual impact.
As I deliver this therapy I help to nourish your soul, as well as soothing the mind and body.
Angelic Reiki
As a certified Master Teacher in Angelic Reiki healing, I channel high, pure energy to promote emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.
As you lie comfortably, my light team and I sense any misalignments and remove energy blocks to create harmony and balance on all levels. You do not need a belief in Angels to benefit from this therapy.
I use Angelic Reiki to assist a person/soul to let go of any unresolved emotional blocks, to help them find peace during the end-of-life stage and support their actual transition from this life to the afterlife.
