Several years ago I met Els at a Psychic fayre and had a wonderful relaxing reflexology treatment. Since then I regularly have reflexology every month. During one of these treatments she found that my health problems were connected by my past and present traumas. Her SAM treatment was unusual but cleared everything. I cannot thank her enough for changing my life. I can thoroughly recommend this amazing and caring lady.

S A M therapy is PHENOMENAL!
I have just finished a series of sessions with Els. To be honest I had no idea what I was heading into or how it worked but I am so glad I took that leap of faith.
For years (almost 50!) I have struggled with trusting the men around me… never really knowing why, despite searching for answers and solutions. I have had lots of counselling , healings etc but nothing got to the root of it until I met Els and we started the SAM work. I can honestly say I had the lightbulb moment and have finally got to the root of my beliefs. I have now got a new set of healthy positive beliefs around masculine energy. Els has been so supportive and although emotional at times I worked through it with her and felt supported at all times. It’s cheesy to say but I really do feel like a new woman!!!
